Hi, I’m Lisa James and I’m the Welfare Officer for the club.  I’m the first point of contact for swimmers, parents and coaches on matters relating to child protection at the club. 

 

It’s my responsibility to ensure the club implements child safeguarding policies and procedures which comply with all current legislation, regulation and guidance defined in the Swim England Child Safeguarding Wavepower policy.

Childline is a private and confidential service for children and young people up to 19.  Contact can be made with a Childline counsellor about anything.
